About Sarah Alexander

Since childhood, my passion has always been for riding and competing horses.

The equestrian business that I set up after leaving university, where I practically trained and coached competitors, enabled me to get the best from people though their horses and through developing them as competitors themselves.

Through my own competitive training, I learned how to incorporate visualisation, meditation, body awareness, sports psychology, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and other personal and spiritual development techniques to achieve my own best performance and use these techniques to inspire others. This also sparked in me the desire to study meditation and numerous spiritual philosophies as well as develop further my own intuitive abilities.

Since 2001, when I sold the equestrian business, I have incorporated these spiritual concepts and meditation into the coaching that I have been doing. I have worked with international sports competitors, celebrities, millionaires and successful executives both in the UK, Europe and the Far East as well as people who want to move to the next level of their spiritual development.

For eight years I taught weekly meditation classes, teaching many different meditation techniques from religions and spiritual traditions from around the world as well as giving numerous talks and workshops on various aspects of spirituality. Since 2004, I have incorporated Angel Therapy, a therapy which works in tandem with the angelic realms, into my coaching to assist my clients in releasing their limiting patterns and beliefs. I now bring together all of these strands together as well as base the work that I do, both personally and professionally, on the principles of A Course In Miracles which I have been studying for many years now.

I live in Surrey with my daughter and am able to combine running a successful business with being a mother.
