Below is an example of a Focus email:

On the Friday we moved into the sign Cancer, a water sign ruled by the Moon. The quality that this sign inspires is that of discernment and that is the focus for this week. Discernment is the ability to choose in all circumstances what is good for us and act on that choice.
 Our feelings about a certain situation are always our best guide as to whether it is really right for us or not and our higher mind always guides us through our feelings. If you are having difficulty making a choice about what to do you can "try on" each possibility through your feelings and see which one feels most right.
This guides our discernment too. For discernment is the ability to judge what things and what people are really good for us as opposed to those things and those people who look or sound good to us. Our discernment always keeps us directed towards our goals and allows us to value our time and our energy.
So this week allow that wiser part of you to consider all things wisely and flow with the options which give you the most growth, goodness and healing.
