The Winter Solstice (solstice meaning ‘sun standing still’), with the sun at its most southerly point, is a time to pause, reflect and enter a period of quietude. It is a time to rest the body and the mind, contemplate the year just gone and think ahead to the year to come. It is an opportunity to connect with your interior space, your higher consciousness and your inner light. With this in mind, Sarah Alexander will lead a series of guided mindfulness and meditation practices to help you connect with this quiet place within.

The evening will include:

  • mindfulness practices to relax the mind and body
  • mindfulness practices to quiet the thoughts and enter stillness
  • meditations to connect with your inner light and sense its wisdom
