MAGNIFICENCE™ coaching focuses on practical strategies for business success whilst leading from a place of wisdom, clarity and strength. It works specifically on ensuring the right attitude, behaviours and techniques to move towards long term obejctives and create positive results.

The coaching  offers tools for minimising stress, enabling business owners to be more productive, have better relationships, communicate more effective, present more confidently and be healthier and more vital.

This one-to-one coaching for business owners and senior directors lasts a minimum of six months to ensure sustained and lasting behavioural change.

It  includes:

  • Two and a half hours one-to-one coaching per month
  • Exercises to do throughout the week
  • Accountability email support, Monday to Friday
