Spiritual Intelligence in Coaching: Certification Course

A Four Day Certification Course at Regents College, with Sarah Alexander & Nick Williams

Course Pre-requisite: Attendance at the Spiritual Intelligence in Coaching Foundation workshop or to have read the Spiritual Intelligence in Coaching PDF available when you sign up for the course.

Sarah and Nick's approach to coaching has a powerfully different focus from traditional coaching models.

Their approach leaves behind the concept of setting goals and taking action toward achieving them and instead, offers an approach that is more spiritually focused, based on a Higher Wisdom and Purpose that is within us all.

They have found that the downside of the traditional approach is that often people don't achieve their goals which leads them into self critical thinking and assumptions or, when they do achieve them, they are not particularly happy at the results and can still feel empty inside. They chase happiness rather than discover happiness.

Sarah and Nick's training is designed to move you from a largely ego based and logical approach to coaching to a way of coaching that is based on your connection to a Higher Power. With this connection you can then allow that Higher Power to guide the entire coaching process through your own inner wisdom, knowledge and understanding. This means that the client receives what is truly in alignment with their Higher Purpose, their Highest good and greatest joy and the Higher plan for their lives.

Sarah and Nick's 4 day training is based on the core the belief that there is a pre-existent Wholeness within us all that is already happy, joyful, peaceful and powerful. There is also a core assumption that there is nothing wrong with you or your clients and your job as a Spiritual Coach is to help your clients recognise this about themselves, and discover and draw out this Wholeness that is already within them. This approach also focuses on the higher qualities of love, joy, happiness and making a positive difference for the world. Its overall aim is for you and your clients to be happier, more authentic and more truly successful.

Sarah and Nick's approach draws primarily on the principles of A Course in Miracles as well as wisdom from other spiritual traditions. A Course in Miracles is a self-study programme to help us relinquish a thought system of fear and guilt and return us to a thought system based on love and peace.

On this course we will:

Acknowledge the existence of and presence of a Higher Power as a guiding principle in the coaching process and fine tune your connection to this Power
Help you and your clients access and navigate their inspiration and joy as another guiding principle in the coaching process
Coach and support people to discover their indwelling happiness, beauty and power
Establish what your own and your clients authentically true and most heartfelt projects and callings are
Help you and your clients fully understand the dynamics of resistance, become aware if it and how to move through it
Learn techniques to identify and begin to clear limiting beliefs to restore miracle-mindedness and Wholeness
Move from self-improvement to self love and self-acceptance in the creation of your success
Create a closer relationship with Source so that your ability to receive is enhanced
Teach you effective processes for dealing with negative emotional states and conflicting thoughts within your being
Teach business strategies and processes to enable you to grow your business in line with this thinking

This course will include several guided meditations, experiential processes and discussions so that you are fully prepared to coach people in this way.

To hold the Spiritual Intelligence in Coaching Certificate, we ask for full attendance on this course and for details that you have used our techniques for 20 coaching/therapeutic sessions.
