Our innate Spiritual Intelligence is an energy force within us, which for some is our Higher Self or our connection to Spirit. This energy force is constantly guiding us forward, evolving us as people and leading us to release our restrictive beliefs and connect with the Truth of who we are. As we align ourselves and our business with this Truth, we become magnetic to all those who we are here to serve.

Our Spiritual Intelligence is always guiding us to thrive in business and in our lives. Often though, old beliefs and limited thinking get in our way and we find it hard to thrive. Having experienced this for herself, Sarah has found tools and techniques which she will sharing on this workshop to help you move beyond this and step into thriving in your business.

Since leaving university in the 1980’s, Sarah Alexander has followed her passions as an entrepreneur. Following her love of competing and training horses, her first business was a small equestrian centre which she took over as a failing enterprise. Within her first year, Sarah had turned the business around and developed it into a high end equestrian centre. With up to 10 staff employed at any one time, this business remained consistently very profitable, even through the economic downturn of the early 90’s. Sarah sold the business in 2001 just before the birth of her daughter. During her time there Sarah allowed the business to unfold. guided by her sense of intuition and in line with her interest in personal and spiritual development.

Since then, following her passion for self development, Sarah has gone on to coach sports people who competed up to and including international levels, as well as leaders from multinational organisations. Sarah has run leadership development programmes for Executives in the UK, Europe and the Far East. Sarah now specialises in coaching entrepreneurs to thrive in business. Having gone through a period of many challenges where thriving was much more difficult, Sarah now helps people to thrive by aligning them with their True Selves and their innate Spiritual Intelligence.
