Hold On. Let Go. Which Should We Do?

The summer break is a perfect time for reflecting on what is working in our lives, and what is not. What to hold onto, and what to let go of. Importantly, it is helpful to gain awareness of the behavioural habits, attachments to situations or people or to our unhelpful ways of thinking that are causing us suffering.
